Please review these terms before submitting an application. Vendor fees, if applicable, are confirmed after application review unless separately agreed in writing.
Vendor Rules
Application Approval
All vendor applications are subject to approval by the event organiser.
Payment & Confirmation
Where a vendor fee applies, space is confirmed only after approval and required payment. Any refund terms will be communicated with the approved offer.
Space Allocation
Stall locations are assigned by the organiser based on venue layout, safety and event operations.
Setup & Operating Hours
Vendors must complete setup before the instructed opening time and remain operational during required event hours.
Approved Products & Services
Only products, services and activities declared in the application and approved by the organiser may be offered.
Food & Safety Requirements
Food vendors and other regulated activities must hold all applicable licences, approvals and safety documentation.
Electricity / Special Equipment
Cooking, electrical, gas or special equipment must be declared in advance and is subject to venue approval.
Cleanliness & Waste
Vendors must maintain a clean, safe and professional stall and dispose of waste responsibly.
Vendor Property & Liability
Vendors remain responsible for their stock, cash, equipment, staff, products and activities.
Organiser Rights
The organiser may adjust stall locations or event arrangements where required for safety, operations or venue instructions.
